Working pattern: Full-time, with occasional weekend work for events


Are you a dynamic and creative individual with a passion for event production? Our client, a leading Tech organisation, is seeking an experienced Event Producer to join their team in London. As an Event Producer, you will be responsible for driving mid-size to large-scale projects from start to finish, ensuring high-level delivery and execution. This is a temporary role with a contract length of 12 months.


Responsibilities:


Develop strategic marketing strategies and project plans for our client's products

Plan and execute marketing campaigns and projects according to requirements, target audience, and objectives

Provide analysis and feedback to inform future campaign planning and strategy

Allocate resources and manage project priorities to ensure successful project delivery

Collaborate with teams to align resources, integrate project timelines, and achieve campaign objectives

Solve problems creatively and anticipate future issues to build efficient processes and methods

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors

Act as a subject matter specialist in marketing and project marketing

Utilise competitive landscape knowledge to develop impactful marketing campaigns

Be the primary client point of contact for management of all media planning

Champion and promote an inclusive culture, creating space for collaboration and support


Requirements:


Strong project management skills with experience in event production

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams

Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Knowledge of consumer behaviour and audience insights

Proficient in data analysis and synthesis, using data to enhance marketing strategies

Familiarity with media strategies and media placement

Strong negotiation skills and ability to close favourable deals

Experience in search engine optimisation (SEO) and social media management
