Workday Finance Systems Manager

SystemsAccountants are supporting a highly acquisitive business in their recruitment of a new Finance Systems Manager to manage their Workday Financials & Adaptive Planning solution.


The successful applicant will leverage their previous Workday Financials experience to become the point-person for all Workday Financials & Adaptive Planning queries in the business, having key responsibility for the Finance applications suite.


The role:

  • Responsible for the management, support and maintenance of Finance Systems suite (Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning & other legacy systems)
  • Responsible for integration of new acquisitions, including documentation of processes and aligning to Group policies
  • Liaise with Group Finance & senior Finance leadership to ensure Finance function is being adequately supported
  • Ensure that access, governance & control of Finance Systems is established


About you:

  • Management Accounting background (CIMA Qualification highly desirable)
  • 2-3 years supporting / managing Workday Financials is essential
  • Experience supporting / managing Adaptive Planning
  • Experience working with smaller Finance Systems packages (Coda, Unit4, SunSystems, Sage etc)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet pressing deadlines
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal


This role is a hybrid role where the expectation would be for the successful applicant to be in the central London office at least 2 days per week.
