About the Company

An award-winning, multi-disciplinary practice based in Southwest London is looking for a talented and CIAT-registered Architectural Technologist to join its growing team. The role involves working on a diverse range of projects across sectors such as hospitality, commercial, and residentially led mixed-use developments, as well as collaborating on both the refurbishment of listed buildings and new build developments. The Architectural Technologist will be responsible for supporting the design and implementation of technical drawings, ensuring all projects comply with building regulations and construction best practices.



Key Responsibilities

  • CIAT Registration and Experience: Must be a fully qualified CIAT-registered Architectural Technologist with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the UK architecture industry.
  • Residential Project Experience: Proven experience working on large residentially-led schemes in the UK, specifically from RIBA Stage 3 onwards, focusing on developed design and technical delivery.
  • NBS Chorus Specification System Proficiency: Skilled in using the NBS Chorus system for creating detailed specifications, particularly within large-scale residential projects.
  • Revit Proficiency: Proficient in Revit, with the ability to develop and coordinate accurate technical drawings and BIM models for complex projects.
  • UK Building Regulations Knowledge: Strong understanding of current UK building regulations to ensure compliance in all design and technical work.
  • Team and Independent Working: Capable of delivering high-quality work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, meeting project deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
