Customer Success Opportunity🚀


I am currently representing a Cyber Security SaaS business who are looking to expand their Customer Success team. They are looking for driven individuals who are looking to make a move into a CSM.


Responsibilities-

  • Manage a Customer Portfolio: Work across various industries, sizes, and locations.
  • Lead Customer Discovery: Understand customer success metrics and goals.
  • Success Planning: Create roadmaps to guide customers in achieving their objectives.
  • Onboarding & Training: Educate customers and set clear milestones.
  • Measure & Demonstrate Success: Track progress and showcase customer achievements.


Desired Experience -

  • Experience: Proven background in Customer Success or Account Management, or in a New Business role, preferably in SaaS.
  • Communication: Strong skills in explaining technical concepts clearly.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to leverage data for insights.
  • Project Management: Skilled at managing multiple tasks and priorities.


Salary - £35k + £5k Bonus
