Customer Success Opportunity🚀
I am currently representing a Cyber Security SaaS business who are looking to expand their Customer Success team. They are looking for driven individuals who are looking to make a move into a CSM.
Responsibilities-
- Manage a Customer Portfolio: Work across various industries, sizes, and locations.
- Lead Customer Discovery: Understand customer success metrics and goals.
- Success Planning: Create roadmaps to guide customers in achieving their objectives.
- Onboarding & Training: Educate customers and set clear milestones.
- Measure & Demonstrate Success: Track progress and showcase customer achievements.
Desired Experience -
- Experience: Proven background in Customer Success or Account Management, or in a New Business role, preferably in SaaS.
- Communication: Strong skills in explaining technical concepts clearly.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to leverage data for insights.
- Project Management: Skilled at managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Salary - £35k + £5k Bonus
