Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Graphic Designer with strong skills in packaging design and print media. Intermediate knowledge of web design and UI/UX design is a plus. The ideal candidate will excel at every step of the design process, collaborate seamlessly with multiple teams across the company, and transform ideas into visually compelling designs. A thorough understanding of branding, marketing, and user experience is essential.

Objectives of this role:

  • Collaborate with design teams in the US and China for seamless project workflows.
  • Work to maintain current packaging and collaborate on new packaging designs.
  • Help to maintain websites and assisting with UX/UI designs.
  • Staying informed about new design trends.
  • Assist the Sales team with presentations and required materials.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and project schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain brand standards and create compelling packaging and print materials, as well as web content.
  • Ensure usability and accessibility standards are met across all digital platforms.
  • Manage the design and uploading process for all digital project materials using content management systems.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and user-centered design solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, focusing on packaging and print.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
  • Good understanding of web design principles and user experience design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to continue building skills through education and training.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing and maintaining user-centered web and mobile interfaces.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, packaging design, web design, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of web design, UI/UX design, including WordPress & Shopify platforms.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
  • Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop).

Bonus Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of web design & UI/UX design
  • Social media management and content creation
