Head of Credit Risk | Neobank | London



This is an exciting opportunity to join a User-centric neobank who operates internationally is looking for someone great to join them as the Head of Credit Risk in the London office.


You'll work closely with the CRO, with the role will focused on setting the credit risk management fundamentals for the business. This is a role for someone who wants to challenge the traditional banks and implement methods that can strengthen them for the future.



The core of the role is working on developing and implementing credit risk management frameworks, conducting credit analysis for a broad range of companies, leading and supervising the credit risk modelling process, and making decisions based on data.



They're in a really exciting scale-up phase, so you'll be growing out your team further



Essential Experience;

  • Credit Risk expertise
  • across Retail and Corporate Portfolios
  • background with the ability to get into the data and understanding of statistics modelling
  • commercial acumen and management of non-technical stakeholders
  • led a small team.
