As a Commercial Contracts Lawyer, you will play a key role in reviewing and negotiating various engagement and vendor agreements, ensuring compliance with the firm’s high standards. Working alongside the Assistant General Counsel, you will handle sensitive legal matters with discretion and efficiency, making a tangible impact on the firm’s operations across different offices. This role offers a challenging and fast-paced environment, perfect for a lawyer eager to sharpen their legal expertise.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and negotiate outside counsel and vendor engagement letters.
  • Conduct due diligence on vendors and manage related legal documentation.
  • Handle confidential material with the highest level of professional responsibility.
  • Provide practical legal advice under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with international teams and manage priorities across time zones.


This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented lawyer with at least 2 years PQE in contract law and drafting. Experience in a law firm, in-house legal team, or professional services environment is required. You should be an effective communicator, able to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting. Strong organisational skills, a self-motivated approach, and a passion for learning are essential to succeed in this role.
