Are you a Business Analyst Capable of Empowering Digital Excellence? We are seeking a dynamic, analytical thinker with a passion for driving innovation in the digital landscape. A talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our client and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their digital platforms. Working for a high profile brand on a contract basis with hybrid working of 2 days a week in the office.


What you will be doing

  • You will need proven experience in eliciting and documenting clear, concise, and comprehensive business requirements for digital applications and web platforms for Requirements Gathering purposes.
  • You will be maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • You can expect to be advocating user needs throughout the development process so a deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles will be essential.
  • Your data analysis skills will need to be exemplary as you will be looked to as the SME providing analysis to derive meaningful insights and inform decision-making related to digital platform enhancements.
  • With an In-depth knowledge of quality assurance processes you will ensure the delivered digital solutions meet specified requirements and standards.
  • Strong and creative problem-solving skills will be required to address challenges and propose effective solutions in the context of digital platforms as you proactively seek opportunities for process improvement and optimisation within the digital development lifecycle.
  • You will be passionate about your own learning and development staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to digital applications and web platforms.


About You

  • A background of analysing complex business processes and translate them into actionable insights for digital platforms
  • A strong understanding of digital technologies, web development, and mobile app frameworks is key
  • Familiarity with databases, APIs, and other technical components of digital platforms.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, with a focus on iterative development and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Basic project management skills to contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of digital projects.
