Employment Solicitor / Legal Executive / HR Advisor – CIPD Level 5 or above


An opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated professional to join an Employment team.


The objective will be to provide employments and HR advice that is both commercial and solution based in conjunction with bespoke documentation and on-site attendance.

  • travel required to client premises.
  • Employment and HR training would be advantageous.
  • for advising circa 30-35 retained clients, predominantly SMR’s, Independent schools, care homes and GP practices.
  • HR and Employment Law advice to Employers
  • file management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • to work under pressure at times
  • can-do attitude

Adept at finding commercial solutions to meet client expectations and maintaining excellent client service.

  • of providing HR and Employment Law advice to Employers
  • experience of advising employers in these professional sectors would be beneficial but not essential.
  • of delivering Employment and HR training would be advantageous.
  • organisational, written and IT skills are essential.
  • with MS Office

Experience using a case management system is ideal but not essential.
