ASK4 COURIERS is on the lookout for a dynamic Transport Planner and Office Administrator to join our bustling team


🛠 Role Highlights:

  • Efficiently manage and prioritise a busy transport plan for multiple clients.
  • Develop backhaul lanes to optimise fleet use.
  • Ensure compliance with transport legislation.
  • Manage sub-contractors and negotiate competitive rates.
  • Collaborate with depots to cover outbound loads and secure reloads.
  • Analyse revenue, costs, and produce vehicle earnings reports.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships for smooth operations.
  • Handle customer orders and minimise empty runs.
  • Provide stellar customer service and support office operations.


🔍 Requirements:

  • Positive, proactive attitude with transport planning experience.
  • Knowledge of transport legislation and health & safety regulations.
  • Strong commercial and IT skills, plus experience in a busy transport office.


💼 What We Offer:


  • Full-time role, Monday to Friday
  • Competitive Salary depending upon experience
  • 40 hours per week
