We are a dynamic B2B marketing agency seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects with a particular focus on website development, branding, and integrated B2B marketing campaigns. 

Our clients span technology, manufacturing and professional companies and inlude Cisco, Sage, Halma, ABM and Anaplan.

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who excels in managing complex projects across multiple channels while maintaining the highest standards of client satisfaction.

The Senior Project Manager will work closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure the seamless execution of deliverables, on time and within budget. You'll love getting those sleeves rolled up and pulling the strings to make complicated projects happen.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for website development, branding initiatives, and broader B2B marketing communications projects.

Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships while ensuring clarity and alignment on project goals.

Team Coordination: Collaborate with designers, developers, strategists, and copywriters to deliver projects that meet client expectations.

Line Management: Provide line management to juniors, including mentoring, performance evaluations, and professional development.

Timeline and Budget Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and address any issues that arise.

Process Improvement: Evaluate and refine project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Project Management Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a B2B marketing agency or similar environment. Website development experience is essential.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with website development processes, including content management systems (CMS), user experience (UX) principles, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

B2B Marketing: Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, including branding, thought leadership, ABM and integrated communications. Much of the work spans paid, owned and earned channels

Organisational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and prioritisation skills.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to both clients and team members.

Leadership: Proven ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving project goals. This role will involve line management.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to navigate challenges effectively.

Tools Proficiency: Experience using project management tools such as Asana and Smartsheets, and familiarity with collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams.

Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

PACKAGE

Location: London Bridge, SE1, a 90-second walk from the station (yes, we've timed it).
