About the Role:

This unique opportunity allows you to work client-side, giving you far more autonomy over your portfolio. You'll be in control of the entire process, from initial tenant onboarding to managing properties during tenancies. This hands-on approach fosters stronger relationships with tenants, leading to a smoother, more efficient process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Maintain properties to a high standard, ensuring maximum occupancy and rental income.
  • End-to-End Tenancy Management: Meet prospective tenants, handle applications, manage check-ins and check-outs, and oversee the tenancy lifecycle.
  • Property Maintenance: Address tenant-reported issues promptly, liaise with the in-house maintenance team, and arrange necessary works.
  • Compliance: Ensure all documentation meets legislative requirements and conduct routine inspections, including legionella checks.
  • Customer Service: Build strong relationships with tenants and respond to queries and complaints in line with the customer charter.
  • Systems & Reporting: Keep accurate records, update internal systems, and work closely with finance and credit control teams to meet budget targets.
