We are seeking a talented and experienced Crawler Crane Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in servicing and maintaining crawler cranes, ensuring optimal performance and reliability in various construction and industrial settings.


Responsibilities:

  • routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on crawler cranes to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, implementing timely and effective solutions.
  • thorough examinations of crane components, including the boom, hoist, and controls, to identify potential defects or deficiencies.
  • with internal teams and external stakeholders to schedule and execute service activities, minimizing downtime and maximizing crane uptime.
  • technical guidance and support to customers and onsite personnel, ensuring proper operation and maintenance practices.
  • accurate records of service activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment documentation.


Qualifications:

  • of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Engineering discipline.
  • experience working with crawler cranes in a field service capacity.
  • knowledge of crawler crane systems, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.
  • certifications or tickets related to crane maintenance and operation (e.g., CPCS, NPORS, IPAF).
  • diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and team members effectively.
  • driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
