Our client is a highly regarded US firm, consistently successful in advising banking giants, private equity funds, alternative capital providers and corporate borrowers on London-based transactions.


You will be joining the Finance team, specializing in real estate finance transactions across a wide range of asset classes and representing both lenders and borrowers.


The practice is currently led by a pioneering partner, consistently ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners for their real estate finance expertise and a number of "Next Generation Partners" and highly experienced Associates. Coming as a mid-level Associate, you will get the opportunity to specialize in REF transactions, while also retaining exposure in general leverage finance and private credit upper mid-market deals. Due to the size of the team, this role has a strong promotional offering along with lucrative compensation and benefits.


Requirements:

  • UK or Common Law qualified Lawyer, with 3-6 years of Post Qualification Experience
  • at least 1 year of experience in London, at a reputed practice
  • strong exposure in real estate finance transactions
  • strong academics
