  • Assist with financial data migration, system integration, and validation to ensure smooth transitions.

  • Manage client projects from initial consultation through to post-implementation support, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities to enhance data strategies and improve business insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product and support, to refine processes and enhance platform functionality.
  • Utilise financial data analysis tools and reporting frameworks (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Excel) to deliver insights and solutions.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in accounting technology.

  • Ability to translate complex financial data and system processes into practical insights for accountants.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead training sessions and client presentations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring smooth onboarding and software adoption.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering value to accounting firms.
