About the Role:

  • Drive Practice Growth: Take a leading role in developing and expanding the Structured Finance practice in London.
  • Advise on Complex Transactions: Handle a wide range of structured finance transactions, including securitisations, asset-backed lending, and other structured products.
  • Build Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Contribute to Strategic Development: Provide input on the strategic direction of the practice, helping to shape its future.
  • Work on Cutting-Edge Deals: Engage in high-profile, complex transactions that push the boundaries of structured finance.
  • Thrive in an Entrepreneurial Environment: Embrace the challenge of building a practice from the ground up, demonstrating initiative and creativity.

About You:

  • Qualified lawyer with at least 2 of experience in Structured Finance from a leading law firm.
  • Strong understanding of securitisation, asset-backed lending, and other structured finance products.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building a practice.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business development skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ambitious and driven to succeed in a fast paced environment.
