Service Delivery Manager required on a Permanent basis for a large not-for-profit organisation that operates across the North West. This role, will be focusing on Service Delivery and getting the best from the function, rather than the day-to-day management of first & second line support.
There is a Service Desk Team lead in place, that this person will manage, who has the line management of the team. The successful candidate will not be expected to be hands on.
Role: Service Delivery Manager (Service Desk)
Salary: £51,000

The essential skills for this role are:
- Creating SLAs
- Engaging with key stakeholder to understand how the service can be improved
- Reviewing KPIs and making sure they're fit for purpose
- Creating a positive, helpful service desk culture
- Reduce number of regular issues
- Helping the business become more self serving
This is a strategic & stakeholder engagement role. This person will look at SLAs, reviewing of the service, working with the business to understand what they need from their service desk, helping eradicate regular issues, helping the organisation get to a self service model, and generally continuous improvement of this function.
