Role overview

Reporting to our Commercial Director, you will play a supporting role in the sourcing and procurement of materials across our entire product portfolio, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely supply chain outcomes between vendors and manufacturing partners.

This is a paid internship with a remuneration package in keeping with local jurisdictional laws. This is an office-based role, out of Mahabis HQ in Mayfair, London.



Main Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Support in the sourcing and relationship management of new material suppliers and vendor partners.
  • Research and report on industry trends in relation to innovative new materials and technologies that Mahabis could benefit from.
  • Work with the Designers to understand resource requirements and specifications for new and existing product lines.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure logistics and supply chains are effectively managed between suppliers, manufacturers and sales.
  • Support the creation of internal presentations and reports for the Management team.
  • Help with the organisation and coordination of external events.



About you:


  • Recent Graduate in Fashion, with an interest in supply chain, product and supplier sourcing.
  • Creative thinker, with a “can do” attitude, a born problem-solver.
  • Passionate about footwear and luxury fashion/retail markets.
  • Flexible approach to work, with appetite to take on wider remit and responsibilities, in time.
  • Strong people skills, with the confidence to manage relationships with stakeholders of all levels.
