The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving new business and managing key client relationships. You'll play a vital role in delivering tailored IT solutions, helping businesses optimise their technology and digital transformation strategies. From identifying client needs to negotiating contracts, you'll be the key point of contact, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
What You'll Be Doing:
Generating & Closing Deals – Identify and engage potential clients, build relationships, and close sales opportunities.
Consultative Selling – Assess client needs and provide tailored IT solutions, incorporating their internal managed services where applicable.
Client Relationship Management – Develop and nurture long-term relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of key clients.
Sales Strategy Execution – Work with internal teams to develop growth plans, drive business intelligence insights, and uncover new sales opportunities.
Pipeline Management – Track and progress opportunities through the sales funnel, ensuring efficient deal closure.
Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams to deliver seamless client solutions.
Achieving Targets – Meet and exceed sales KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the business.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in sales, ideally in the MSP/CSP or IT solutions industry.
Strong business development skills, with the ability to drive new business and nurture existing accounts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
Knowledge of IT services and solutions is a plus.
