We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

Flight Instructor (Full or Part Time) - Teesside & Humberside Airport bases

​

Are you a seasoned aviator with a passion for teaching and inspiring the next generation of pilots? AeroSchool operates from bases at Teesside and Humberside airports and is actively seeking Flight Instructors to join our teams at both base locations.

​

We are recruiting for multiple positions in either a full or part time basis. Depending on individual circumstances, positions maybe offered on an employed or contract basis with remuneration to be negotiated.

​

In addition to qualified Flight Instructors, we are seeking applications from those who would like to be sponsored through Flight Instructor Training. Applicants via this route will need to hold, or be close to holding our minimum requirements which consists of a PPL with completion of CPL or ATPL theoretical exams.

Key Responsibilities:

Flight Instruction: Deliver comprehensive flight instruction to students pursuing LAPL/PPL qualifications.

Ground School: Conduct engaging and informative ground school sessions to complement practical flight training.

Safety First: Uphold a strong safety culture, ensuring adherence to all aviation regulations and AeroSchool's safety protocols.

Student Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, fostering their growth and development as competent pilots.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other instructors and staff to maintain a positive and dynamic learning environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Flight Instructor Rating: Possess (or have previously held) a Flight Instructor Rating or wish to be considered for our funded FI training scheme as detailed above). Additional FI ratings such as IR(R), Aerobatic, FI, UPRT, MEP, IR or FE qualifications are advantageous although not essential. Funding is available for the right individuals to upskill and become a valued part of our growing business.

Experience: Positions are available for both restricted and unrestricted instructors.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex aviation concepts to students.
