Our client is an world-renowned Asset Manager with a formidable track record and global presence. They have recently released an exciting opportunity for an skilled Investment Writer to join their Questionnaires team.


Key responsibilities:

  • Working intimately with multiple global functions to produce proposals and due diligence questionnaires in order to assist in the business development process
  • Generate RFP and DDQ requests in accordance to organizational regulation, developing innovative solutions for clients to provide high quality outcomes
  • Working alongside Product Specialists, Client Managers and wider Sales teams to generate proposals in a timely manner whilst maintaining a strong knowledge of the company product range
  • Overseeing proposal completion processes all the way from identification to delivery, followed by implementing best practice submissions
  • Build strong relations with external and internal clients and stakeholders including senior management and investment consultants.
  • Having a think outside the box attitude when managing the teams’ use of current systems and databases with the objective of implementing the most effective solution for the group.
  • Ensuring that submissions are completed by the required deadlines set.


Personal Attributes:

  • Demonstrated asset management RFP and due diligence experience
  • Experience using Qvidian database (or equivalent)
  • Educated to degree-level or directly relevant experience
  • Adept Microsoft office skills
  • Great interpersonal skills, allowing you to be able to interact at all levels and across a variety of environments.
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to work to deadlines.
  • A passionate individual who is not only autonomous but an enthusiastic team player.
  • An individual who strives towards their goal, expressing innovate thoughts and actions.
