The team works closely with clients to ensure efficient transactions and timely payments, all while providing personalized customer service.


Role Description:


They are now seeking a Senior Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, identifying potential opportunities for growth, and closing deals. You will oversee a small team that is looking to grow rapidly over the next year, earning individual commissions as well as from the team.


Responsibilities:


• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.

• Ensuring the team is performing, as well as doing your own sales. Earning individual commission as well as from the team.

• Assisting with the hiring process of junior candidates.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

• Identifying new business opportunities and markets to expand our client base.


Qualifications:


• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Previous managerial experience in Sales in the Corporate FX market (Deliverables)

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
