The Company: 

Due to continual growth of our commercial Audio-Visual department, we are looking to recruit a Project Manager to join the team and lead projects on behalf of blue-chip clients.  As a developer & integrator of AV solutions, we are able to offer potential for growth and progression for the right candidate.


Job Purpose Summary: 

This role plays a crucial part to the success of our business and our relationships with clients – the Project Manager’s contribution to our ongoing success can’t be underestimated. Our Project Managers are responsible for bringing together various elements of our Audio-Visual business to deliver the perfect solution to our clients. They must also have excellent inter-personal skills to work with senior level client teams as well as cross-departmentally within both ours and clients organisations. 


Key Responsibilities:


·       Working as an effective member of our team to deliver a wide range of solutions at blue chip companies across the UK.

·       Attend client meetings to discuss briefs, as well as attending site visits and production meetings. 

·       Develop and design creative solutions that are suitable to the requirements of each project 

·       Prepare accurate quotations, schedules and manage budgets effectively. 

·       Produce CADs and work with our media team to develop visuals. 

·       Assist with creating pitch documents. 

·       Work with our suppliers and manufacturing Teams to organise kit prep and logistics in a timely and efficient manner.  

·       Support the client pre-event. 

·       Manage the kit, install team and transport on site, liaising with the client. 

·       Ensure that all legislation is complied with regarding H&S and relevant Company policies. 

·       Work with the wider team to constantly update our market proposition, processes and creative ideas.

·       Account Management and Business Development.



Experience and Skills Required:


·       Some experience in a related role with a track record in the AV world. 

·       Experience of or a good understanding of building plans

·       To be able to communicate and consult effectively with clients, and to have good presentation skills. 

·       Excellent communication and inter-personal skills and be able to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the business. 

·       To be able to apply logical and logistical planning methods to the department’s requirements. 

·       Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to thrive under pressure, work to tight deadlines and manage more than one project at a time. 

·       Ability to self-manage and self-motivate whilst working in a team. 

·       To be proactive, flexible and able to take own initiative. 

·       A keen eye for detail and quality. 

·       A deep interest in the technology of the industry and new and emerging developments within it.

·       To be hard working, enthusiastic and confident, with a professional demeanour. 

·       Full UK Driving License


In Return:

If successful within your application you will receive a fantastic annual salary of between £30k - £50k per annum.
