The Green Recruitment Company has partnered with a leading Energy company. They are hiring a Technical Coordinator to join their team in Cambridge, UK. This role is perfect for someone that has a strong understanding of the energy and utilities industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify technical client requirements
  • Providing tailored technical advice based on existing infrastructure
  • Work with internal and external teams to find optimal solutions
  • Assist the Project Manager in successful implementation of various projects
  • Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations
  • Define and document the energy metering and data collection strategy
  • Daily monitoring of data collection processes and providing timely reports


Key Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field (e.g., Energy Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability) - desirable
  • Experience in energy monitoring systems / solutions
  • Proficiency in energy analysis software and data visualization tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of European energy metering regulations and standards would be an advantage
  • Understanding of IoT solutions for energy metering and data collection
  • Technical understanding of energy metering and data collection systems, i.e. mbus/modbus/etc.
