What you'll be doing

  • Develop compelling visual concepts and designs that elevate the Bidwells brand across all channels.
  • Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, reports, presentations, event collateral, and digital assets for web and social media.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure a cohesive brand identity.
  • Push creative boundaries by exploring new design approaches, typography, colour schemes, and layout techniques.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the latest design technology and trends, integrating them into your work.
  • Support internal teams with high-quality design for bids, pitches, and client presentations.
  • Work within brand guidelines while also bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
  • Line management of our Junior Graphic Designer
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in graphic design, either in-house or agency.
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to think strategically about design and its role in business growth.
  • A natural disruptor—someone who isn't afraid to challenge conventional approaches and present bold ideas.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and branding.
  • Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UX/UI design is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of an ambitious, innovative company that values creativity and fresh thinking, and an award-winning Marketing team.
  • Work in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment where your ideas are encouraged and celebrated.
  • Gain exposure to a diverse range of exciting projects across property, sustainability, and digital transformation.
  • Enjoy a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth.

If you're ready to make an impact and bring your design expertise to a company that values creative disruption, we'd love to hear from you.
