Summary


The Technology Risk team, which is part of the IT Department, supports over 200 different applications and a wide range of infrastructure operating systems and databases across London, NY and Asia and provides security support across the Firm.

Job Purpose
You will be the IAM Manager within the Tech Risk Team. Your main objective will be to ensure day to day Governance BAU operations and tasks are carried out. You will be required to ensure the IAM Standards and Policies are imbedded across the bank. You should expect to be involved in a wide range of challenging engagements, from IAM strategy roll-out, large scale IAM transformations.

Key Responsibilities Embedding Standards & Policies
-Carry out day to day LAM governance BAU operations and tasks, including running various controls, taking the appropriate action to resolve any breaches in controls, policies or standards and provide data for reporting purposes.
-Support the implementation of IAM standards, guidelines, and procedures to protect the integrity, availability, and privacy of all corporate information assets.
-Support the implementation, and management of relevant metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the Identity and Access Management, risk management and related compliance programs.
-Provided the required data to allow for monitoring adherence to the IAM Standards
-Working with Communication & Awareness Team, drive the development, implementation, and management of Identity and Access Management training & awareness program to assure ICBCS workforce is knowledgeable of IAM processes, policies, and best practices.
-Support the Development and Continuous Improvement of IAM processes, and recommend opportunities for improvement
-Ensures Identity and Access Management Services follows appropriate policies, procedures, operational considerations,
-Support the access request and fulfilment process to ensure that access is appropriately authorised and assigned;
-Develop and produce advanced reporting and analytics in support of audit and other ad hoc requests relating to access management and privileged access management controls

IAM Gov BAU Activities /Tech Risk Help
-Oversee the development, implementation and management of Identity and Access Management services, which will include Identity Life Cycle Management, Access Management (SSO, Federation, multi-factor) Access Review and Attestations, Identity and Access Analytics.
-100% of time to help across IAM Gov BAU activities.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

-Experience operating and deploying Identity and Access Management solutions at the enterprise level;
-Position requires experience managing Identity and Access management programs for a global corporation.
-Experience of using and managing SailPoint, CyberArk, HiPam & Azure AD (Preferable)
-Seasoned manager of professionals and cross functional teams, who can develop and retain top talent in the field;
-Demonstrated success in managing an Information Security Framework, solution and service for a cross functional corporation;
-Demonstrated successful implementation of security control frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST and PCI;
-Certification in Information Security relevant areas such as Audit (CISA), Security Management (CISM), Security Professional (CISSP) and/or equivalent business experience in a Matrix Organization required;
-Directly applicable International/Global Experience desired;
-Excellent understanding of IT Security & Risk Management, strategic planning and the related tactical initiatives needed to achieve the plan;
-Understanding of financial management and departmental budgeting desired.
