WHAT YOU’LL DO …
AsBartender, you will receive orders and serve guests requests completely andtimely whist maintaining the highest level of service. You will createand serve a range of beverages including classic cocktails, mixers, beer, wineand soft drinks etc. Keep your service area clean, tidy, andwell-prepared at all time and have a good understanding of wines andspirits.

WHO ARE WE …
Located at the entrance to Milford Waterfront and overlooking Milford Marina, this exciting new hotel will be operated and managed by the team behind the iconic Celtic Manor Resort when it opens in the Spring of 2022.
Part of The Celtic Collection’s growing portfolio of Tŷ Hotels, the hotel will boast 100 guest bedrooms, a restaurant and bar, as well as a private dining area and an activity suite.
Tŷ Hotel Milford Waterfront is being built in partnership with the Port of Milford Haven and will provide another striking attraction for visitors to the heart of Pembrokeshire.
Four floors of bedroom accommodation will house a variety of bedroom types, including family rooms, making it the ideal base for purposeful travellers for both business and leisure.
The hotel will also be an asset for the local community and provide a great new spot to eat and meet, as well as stay over.
