A secondary pupil referral unit in the Bolton region are looking to hire a behaviour Support Asistant for a September start. The successful candidate will be joining a diverse, dedicated and experienced teaching team. Teaching Personnel Manchester SEN branch work in partnership with this school based in Bolton to cater for all of their staffing needs.

This provision caters for those that need something different to mainstream education, wider curriculum pathways, those that need SEMH support and a fresh start in their journey.

We are looking for a hardworking, caring and highly motivated individual to support children with additional needs.

The successful candidate will ideally have;

  • Prior experience working with Special Educational Needs
  • Experience supporting or assisting children with SEMH aged 11-17
  • The ability to develop good relationships with pupils
  • Safeguarding knowledge or training
