Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to guiding clients toward financial success, and we're looking for someone like you to help us achieve this mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Assist financial planners with managing client portfolios, preparing for meetings, and addressing client inquiries as a Financial planning administrator
  • Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and process financial planning documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update client records, financial plans, and related documents in our CRM system.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Organize appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings between clients and planners as a Financial planning administrator 
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all client files and processes adhere to industry regulations and company standards.
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail as a Financial planning administrator
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with financial software and CRM systems (experience with [specific software] is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A background in finance, administration, or a related field is preferred
