The Role

As a Deputy Care Manager, you will support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations, stepping in during their absence, and overseeing the direct supervision and line management of staff. Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring the highest standards of care Promoting independence and choice for our residents Building positive relationships with all stakeholders

Key Skills and Experience

Level 3 or higher in Health & Social Care Experience in social care Team management experience Flexibility to work rostered hours Excellent leadership and multi-tasking abilities Dementia Care qualification (desirable) Strong IT skills Confident in multidisciplinary meetings

Salary and Hours

Full-time position Competitive salary starting from £28,500 based on experience
