DescriptionWe are looking for a Quality Assurance Team Administrator to join our team to provide administrative support to the wider Quality team acting as the first point of contact for general Ofsted enquiries. 

You will have strong attention to detail and thrive working in a fast paced environment as part of a visible team within the business. 

This is a part-time role working 19 hours per week. 

Key Responsibilities
  • General administration to the quality assurance team to support their function 
  • To work alongside operational teams and wider support services to ensure all relevant Ofsted registration work for new home openings is completed and to report on progress
  • To support with processes relating to Ofsted registrations and those connected with a registration, such as SC1, SC2 and SC3 processes 
  • Support the administrative processes required for when Ofsted arrive to inspect a home or school, such as granting IT access to digital systems to enable a smooth inspection 
  • Support staff who are required to be on the DBS update service and those that require GP health declarations linked to Ofsted registrations 
  • To support the Quality Assurance Manager with management of Regulation 44 visitors for new and existing homes
  • Complete and support registration for schools.
  • Support the Data Protection Officer with all GDPR concerns and audits and prepare information for the Board pack.  Assist and complete data protection assessments including SAR requests, data breaches, near misses.
  • Update policy control register for Ofsted policies, GDPR policies
