Precast Steel Fixer

We are seeking a skilled Steel Fixer to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting and shaping steel bars, and securely welding, wiring, or clipping structural steel materials in place. You will also assist fitting crews with the installation of prestressed concrete hollow core slabs and precast stairs on construction sites throughout Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cut, shape, and secure steel bars for structural purposes
- Support installation crews with prestressed concrete slabs and precast stairs
- Ensure all work is carried out efficiently and to high standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Experience in steel fixing
- Strong knowledge of health and safety practices
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- HIAB experience and Safe Pass card (desirable)
