Tasks
  1. Fulloperational and clinical management of assigned clinic(s) ensuringhigh care and quality outcomes.
  2. Compliance withpolicies procedures guidelines and regulations preparing foraudits.
  3. Implementing continuous improvementactivities at clinic and managementlevels.
  4. Financial management including budgetplanning and cost control.
  5. Supervising trainingand supporting staff fostering continuous professionaldevelopment.
  6. Developing and maintainingrelationships with referring Client Organisation/s andstakeholders.
Requirements
  1. Level1 Nurse Registered with the NMC with a postbasic qualification inrenal nursing.
  2. Experience in Haemodialysis andproven ability to lead nursingteams.
  3. Demonstrated experience in managing andleading specialist nurses andpractitioners.
  4. Strong understanding of theHealth and Social Care Act 2008 relevant to Independent Healthcareproviders.
  5. Excellent communication skills andproficiency in MSOffice.
