Are you an experiencedAccountant with proficiency in Russian Our client a rapidlyexpanding automotive company seeks a skilled and motivatedFinancial Controller to join their dynamic team. The company willsoon be relocating to Kettering so local candidates or thosewilling to commute are encouraged to apply.
KeyResponsibilities:
- AccountingManagement: Oversee the complete accounting functionincluding monthly financial statements reconciliations andreporting.
- Budgeting andForecasting: Support budget and forecast processesensuring accuracy and timely financialinformation.
- TeamLeadership: Manage and lead a team of two FinanceAssistants providing guidance support and performancemanagement.
- RegulatoryCompliance: Ensure adherence to all financialregulations andstandards.
- CollaborativeDecisionMaking: Work with various departments to aidin financialdecisionmaking.
- SoftwareUtilisation: Use Autopart/Mam and Xero for dailyoperations and reporting.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Provenexperience as an Accountant ideally with leadership or managementexperience.
- Skills:Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with excellentattention todetail.
- Communication:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both RussianandEnglish.
- Eligibility:Must have the right to live and work in theUK.
PreviousRoles: You may have previously held positions suchas Accounting Manager Finance Manager Management AccountantFinancial Controller or similar.
