JobDescription:

As aSenior Executive in NDT Operations you will play a pivotal role inassisting with the planning and execution of departmental projects.You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation ofvarious tasks related to nondestructive testing (NDT) operationswithin the organization. Your responsibilities will encompassproject coordination documentation maintenance ISO auditsdepartmental procedure implementation and fostering effectivecommunication within and outside thedepartment.

KeyResponsibilities:

Assistwith planning and executing departmental projects ensuringadherence to timelines and budgetaryconstraints.

Schedule and conduct meetings todiscuss project progress address challenges and make strategicdecisions.

Prepare and maintain comprehensivedocumentation related to projects including reports protocols andtechnical specifications.

Take ownership of ISOaudits ensuring compliance with ISO standards andregulations.

Coordinate effectively within andoutside the department to streamline operations and achieve projectobjectives.

Implement and uphold departmentalprocedures in alignment with industry standards andregulations.

Conduct regular audits to evaluatethe efficiency and effectiveness of departmental processesimplementing improvements wherenecessary.

Maintain proactive followup with otherdepartments to fulfill any requirements and ensure seamlesscollaboration.

Demonstrate strong leadership andinterpersonal skills to foster a collaborative and productive workenvironment.

QualificationsandRequirements:

Bachelorsdegree (B.Tech or B.Sc) in Electronics or a relatedfield.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experiencein NDT operations or a related field.

Proficiencyin project management principles and organizationalskills.

Excellent communication skills bothverbal and written.

Strong attention to detailand ability to work under pressure to meetdeadlines.

Demonstrated ability to lead andmotivate teams towards achieving commongoals.

Knowledge of ISO standards and experiencein conducting audits ispreferred.
