We are looking for a Telesales Administrator to join our growing team here at our Grantham site.

About the role:
We are looking for a Telesales Administrator to work within our ambitious sales team based at Grantham. Duties will include, managing and directing inbound sales calls, maximising margins and cross-selling to meet KPIs. This role will be very much around nurturing and building strong relationships with customers via the phone or email. Championing customer excellence in all that you do is key at WCF Chandlers.
