Job summary

This is an exciting time to join the Black Country Healthcare Foundation Trust to be part of the Medical Education Department

The Medical Education Department works across all the localities and divisions within Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, together with working closely and in liaison with the Director of Medical Education.

Main duties of the job

We are looking to recruit a committed, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Medical Education Department, based at Dorothy Pattison Hospital in Walsall . You will be supporting the delivery of a comprehensive medical education service to Junior Doctors and Medical Students within BCHFT, working pan-Trust (across 4 localities) and attending off-site meetings when required.

Attention to detail, an ability to prioritise and work to strict deadlines is essential. Excellent communication skills are required as you will be dealing with internal and external agencies, both verbally (face to face and over the telephone) and written (letters and e-mails). You will also be supporting the Medical Education Manager and Revalidation Administrator.

Your input will be key to ensure that the service materials and documentation are organised and that there is administration support as needed. You will be expected to contribute in a positive way to the team culture and you will be a valued member of the team.
