**Vehicle Technicians required**
Are you a proactive and hardworking qualified Vehicle Technician seeking an opportunity to join a well-established client in Trowbridge, Wiltshire?
Our client is looking for dedicated Vehicle Technicians in the Trowbridge, Wiltshire area to become part of their expanding team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Perform MOT tests in accordance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
- Utilise diagnostic equipment and technical manuals to identify and resolve vehicle problems.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers regarding vehicle issues and recommended repairs.
Experience essential for this role:
- Previous experience as a vehicle technician, ideally within a main dealership
- Hold a Level 2/3 qualification in Light Vehicle maintenance
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of automotive systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible approach to work and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in vehicle maintenance and repair are desirable
- MOT certificate is a bonus
