About The Role Green Knight Studios is looking for a full-time Junior / Middleweight Designer to join our team in Stroud. You will be a team player with a great work ethic and a desire to work across all aspects of a brand project. You will be ideas-driven with a strong creative instinct. You will have an open mind, one that’s curious and probes and pokes to find that goldilocks solution, whilst striving to keep learning from those around you. You will have solid well-rounded design skills with a high attention to details, both in your thinking and your execution, and will thrive in helping us deliver highly crafted and considered work for our clients. Our team is small, but growing, and you will be a core and valuable part of that team, across all phases of a project. What you’ll do: Be involved in all aspects of client projects, from discovery kick-off to launch.  Brainstorm ideas with the team and help develop them through ideation and concept visualisation, through to design development and implementation.  Help the team visualise initial ideas and brand strategy.  Be receptive to feedback, guidance and instructions.  Assist with client presentations, continually developing how we sell our concepts.  Work across smaller more focused briefs as well as wider branding projects.  Know when to follow design rules, and when to break them. About You What we’re after for the role: 2-5 years experience as a Brand Designer. 100% credible in our core discipline of graphic design. Highly skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite — Ps, Ai, Id (ideally Ae too). Completely at home working in Figma.  Hard-working, proactive, detail-orientated, highly-organised and able to work under tight deadlines.  A team player that will fit into our design-driven, collaborative team.  Be extremely comfortable designing and building presentation decks.  Be articulate, confident, personable and be able to build trusting relationships with our clients.  Strong creative instincts with a willingness and openness to continually listen, learn and grow.  Additional skills: motion, illustration etc.  What we’re after for the agency: A desire to good design for good people.  To have a strong desire to have positive impact on the planet through design.  A designer with a thorough love of design.  A magpie.  Someone interested in more than just design.  A focused and driven character.  Can-do positivity and optimistic attitude (something we share with our clients).  About Us
