Due the nature of the role all applicants must hold or be prepared to undergo a security check to SC level.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

As an EUC s Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of our client's desktop computing environment. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading desktop hardware and peripherals. This role requires a customer-focused mindset, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Tasks:
•Monitor and respond to incident and problem tickets, serving as the frontline of DLM support.
• Execute end user device patching and application deployments via change processes.
• Respond to and resolve major incidents
• Drive automation and scripting initiatives
•Implement service improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

•Proficiency with Configuration Manager or later.
•Understanding of Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy.
•Experience in diverse client environments.
•Expertise in Windows 10 Operating System.
•Proficient in Powershell or equivalent programming languages.
•Familiarity with JAMF/Apple device management, particularly MacOS.
•Basic knowledge of application packaging.
•Administration skills in InTune.
• Experince with ITSM/ServiceNow.
• Understanding of Virtual Desktop environments.
