The Role:

 

As our Head Barista, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the coffee experience here at F&M. We are seeking a highly skilled Head Barista with a flair for originality, an extensive knowledge of coffee, and a passion for creating extraordinary coffee experiences.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Craft and deliver exceptional coffee beverages, maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.

  • Lead the innovation of new coffee blends, brewing techniques, and unique menu offerings. 

  • Share your expertise by providing training and guidance to the team, ensuring that every coffee is prepared to Fortnum & Mason’s renowned standards. 

  • Stay abreast of global coffee trends, bringing creative ideas and fresh approaches to our coffee offerings 

  • Engage with customers, sharing your knowledge and passion for coffee to enhance their experience in our stores.
