The company caters more than 1,000,000 meals a week. Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Catering Manager who wants to ensure our future generations are provided with nutritionally balanced and tasty food. We serve thousands of meals every day across the UK and want this exceptional service to our schools and colleges to continue.

Within this role you will be expected to be hands on within the Kitchen, so a strong background in professional cookery is required. The successful applicant will be expected to lead a Chef Manager, two Chefs and a team of Catering Assistants in driving standards in line with our brand offer.

We therefore need you to be well presented, organised and possess great communication skills and have a genuine passion for what you do. We really want you to demonstrate a real passion for food and service, having worked in a similar environment at a similar level. The role will be hands on, working with your team and having sound health and safety and food safety knowledge as well as a good understanding of GP calculations and IT literacy skills will massively help you be successful in the role.
