The Role:

As a Physical Education (PE) Graduate, you will play a crucial role in encouraging a healthy and active lifestyle among students. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering engaging and dynamic PE lessons and activities.
• Encourage and motivate students to participate in physical activities and sports.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students who need additional help.
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude towards physical fitness.
• Help prepare and maintain sports equipment and materials for lessons and activities.
• Support teachers in monitoring and assessing students' progress.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment where every student feels valued and encouraged to participate.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development.

Requirements:

• A degree in Physical Education or a related field.
• A genuine passion for promoting health and fitness among young people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, teachers, and parents.
• Patience, empathy, and a compassionate approach to understanding and addressing the diverse needs of learners.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to develop a love for physical activity.
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
• A proactive approach to professional development and continuous learning.
