Role Specification: PharmacistPosition

As an integral member of our pharmacyteam your key responsibilities willinclude:

  • Providing exceptional patientcare and advice ensuring high standards of clinicalservice.
  • Dispensing medications accuratelyoverseeing the safe supply ofmedicines.
  • Offering professional services suchas Medicines Use Reviews (MURs) and New Medicine Services(NMS).
  • Managing and training pharmacy supportstaff and overseeing the daytoday running of thepharmacy.
  • Maintaining meticulous records inaccordance with professional standards andregulations.
  • Engaging in continuousprofessional development and keeping up to date withpharmacological knowledge.
  • Workingcollaboratively with healthcare professionals to optimise patientoutcomes.
What We Are LookingFor

The ideal candidate for the Pharmacistposition will possess:

  • A degree inPharmacy (MPharm or BPharm) and GPhC registration as aPharmacist.
  • Excellent clinical and professionalstandards.
  • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills capable of building trust with patients andcolleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly includingweekends and evenings when required.
  • Experiencein pharmacy management and delivery of pharmacy services is highlydesirable.
