Roofer

Hays are looking for a qualified Roofer to work on a long-term repair contract in Midlothian.

Your new company 
You will be joining the on-site maintenance team at one of the largest employers in Midlothian. Due to a project being signed off, they are looking to add a Roofer to their team.
Your new role 
Hays are currently seeking an experienced roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in roofing, including both repair and installation.

Conduct roof inspections and assessmentsRepair or replace damaged roofing materialsInstall new roofs, including shingles, tiles, and flat roofing systemsCollaborate with team members to complete projects efficientlyMaintain a clean and safe work environmentCommunicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional serviceWhat you'll need to succeed 
You will need to be a time served or SVQ qualified Roofer to be considered for this position, ideally with experience in roofing repairs & maintenance. Due to the mobile nature of the role, you will be required to have a full UK Driving Licence and be able to make your own way to the yard for an 8am start.
What you'll get in return 
You will be offered a long-term position on a standard Monday to Friday work pattern. We will pay you weekly PAYE with no additional charges, and you will have the option to have paid annual leave accrued. You will receive regular updates from your Hays consultant throughout your contract.What you need to do now
