We are looking for a capable and proactive Salesforce administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to support and shape the way that Wasserman utilises Salesforce to supercharge business opportunities and facilitate greater collaboration across the business. Working closely with the Central Marketing and Partnership Development teams, this is an ideal opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A can-do attitude is key to the role as is a keen eye for detail. A successful candidate will be eager to learn and take on new challenges as engagement with multiple stakeholders is critical.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Working with IT, Senior Partnerships Operations Manager (SPOM) and central marketing team your role will involve;

  • Assisting with the support, administration and development of Wasserman’s Salesforce platform. Over time, and depending on priority, this would include:
    • Query resolution
    • User management, training and creation of profiles, roles & record types
    • Creation of workflows and automation to improve the user experience
    • Data management & cleaning
    • Reporting & Dashboards creation
    • Small and/or significant enhancements to the system
    • Providing Salesforce training and end-user support
    • Develop training programmes and support material to assist usage and drive best practice
    • Proactive problem solving within the Salesforce environment
    • Integration analysis
  • Engaging licence holders to ensure they are using Salesforce accurately and effectively and have adopted it as part of their everyday business development workflow
  • Assisting SPOM with monthly pipeline reporting to senior management/Finance and fortnightly client reporting
  • Attending ad-hoc business development/pipeline meetings to ensure licence holders are fully utilising Salesforce for their business development reporting
  • Help develop the global business development process, through the lens of Salesforce, engaging key stakeholders and identifying best practice
  • Providing (non-Salesforce) sales support to the Partnership Development team
  • Providing (non-Salesforce) marketing support to the Marketing and Communications team
  • Write and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, and training documentation
  • Develop user stories, to-be process flows, and design solutions to support the development of Salesforce solutions

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator (advanced administrator plus)
  • 2-3 years Salesforce experience working in a related role
  • Experience in administrating Salesforce, other similar CRM systems, or other ERP systems (i.e. Oracle, Netsuite, SAP, Workday) to develop client or internal business solutions.
  • Experience in Salesforce configurations including automation (Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Lightning Flows), security (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets), and Apex (nice to have).
  • Exceptional core Business Analyst skillset including process analysis, requirement gathering, process flow, development processes, user adoption and buy-in
  • Numerate with intermediate/advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to think logically and methodically
  • Planning & organising skills
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders, globally
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast moving environment
  • Team working and interpersonal skills
  • Experience or interest in delivering both internal and external communication through Pardot an advantage but not essential
  • CRM Analytics advantage but not essential
  • Integration systems (Boomi) advantage but not essential
