As a team manager your will:

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Manage staffing rotas, ensuring 'in ratio cover' is in place at all times.
  • Carry out thorough inductions and training for new joiners to the team.
  • Conduct regular and meaningful 1-2-1s and supervisions with your team.
  • Oversee and lead day-to-day operations of the placement.
  • Ensuring all compliance requirements are met and the team have the correct knowledge.
  • Take an active part in Support Worker interviews via MS Teams.

Requirements

  • A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (or an equivalent relevant qualification) is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years management experience within the health and social care sector.
  • Full right to work in the UK.
  • A full UK manual driving license.
  • Shifts typically follow a 4 on, 4 off pattern, including both 12 hour day and 12 hour waking night shifts, often your day shifts will be followed by a sleep in. There are a number of our services which may operate outside of this so flexibility is key.
