Your role To support the HR Operations team to deliver a fully integrated, business focused HR service to all UK employees. Acting as a regional single point of contact for HR related matters. What you'll be doing

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Provide HR support to the People Operations Partner in the day-to-day activities and offering first line generic advice on policies and procedures.
  • Acting as a regional single point of contact for HR related matters.
  • Support and where appropriate advise managers and employees on organisational change, people management and performance measures.
  • Provide first line support for initial Employee Relations case issues (e.g. leading and supporting on investigations, grievances and disciplinaries)
  • Playing a key part on key HR activities such as Performance Review and Engagement Surveys.
  • Coaching and supporting Managers on effective Team Management and best practices.
  • Supporting on the integration and implementation of acquisitions and projects
  • Reporting on key metrics such as absence and attrition to the People Operations Partner and Strategic Directors.
  • Be an ambassador for attention-to-detail, ensuring a high standard on all employee communications relating to HR.

3. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

  • Advantageous, CIPD Level 5 qualified or studying towards,
  • 2-3 years HR generalist, operations, or advisory experience
  • Confident communicator both verbally and written, with excellent planning skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem solver/solutions focused.
  • Pro-active in managing workload and able to prioritise and organise depending on the importance/urgency of the task and experience of working within HR
  • Advance to intermediate usage of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels
  • Previous use of HR systems an advantage (Workday)
