About the Role: Teaching Personnel is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic PE Teacher to join our client schools in Exeter. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to inspire students, promote physical health, and encourage a lifelong love for sports and fitness. You’ll be working with a variety of age groups, delivering engaging PE lessons that cater to a diverse range of abilities and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality PE lessons that align with the national curriculum
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for all students
  • Encourage participation in sports and promote healthy lifestyles
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
  • Support and develop extracurricular sports activities
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the holistic development of students

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant PE teaching qualifications
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for physical education
  • Ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Experience in teaching PE is highly desirable but not essential for outstanding candidates

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
