Crownbridge School is a successful school for pupils aged 2-19 years with severe & complex learning difficulties of all key stages. We are seeking to appoint a class teachers who have experience of working with pupils with SEN and are capable of delivering excellent classroom practice. The role requires a flexible creative and enthusiastic individual who also has a sound knowledge of national reform, good organisational skills and is capable of leading a team.
This post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure Application to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
This post requires registration with the EWC - Education Workforce Council.
Qualifications / Experience:Essential
Qualified Teacher Status. A thorough knowledge of current developments in teaching. An awareness of a range of Teaching & Learning styles.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Desirable
An additional qualification relating to the education of pupils with SEN. Experience of teaching pupils who display severe challenging behaviour, pupils with profound & multiple learning difficulties.For a full list of criteria, please view the job description.
